Hello! I'm looking to sub-lease a 1bedroom/1bathroom apartment at University Edge Apartments starting as soon as March, BUT I'm flexible and would be willing to consider a mid-March, April, May, or June start date.
The unit is fully furnished with a... washer and dryer in unit. The rent is 1,362$/month which includes ALL utilities (wifi, electricity, gas, valet trash, renter's insurance.) A parking spot can be added for 10$/month.
I am also willing to discuss a discount on rent!
The apartment complex has a: gym, pool, hot tub, private shuttle to Notre Dame and St. Mary's, coffee bar, gaming room, tanning bed, computer and study room, fire pit, grilling area, and others. The apartments have walk-in closets, washer and dryer in unit, The apartment complex is about 5 minutes to campus by car. Pets are also allowed.
