Full Basement Suite with Private Bedroom and Bathroom

Hi! I am from the South Bend area and have owned this home for about 3 years now. I work from home for Notre Dame Research as a project manager. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is close to the bypass and 31 and also a straight shot... to campus up/down Twyckenham. I often ride my bike to games in the fall to avoid the traffic/parking. I have a dog who has a big personality so you'll have to be a dog lover. I am open to other pets it just depends on how they would get along with my dog and then I may have to add on a pet fee. I keep things very very neat and as I mentioned it's nice and quiet down here on the south side. I use the upstairs two bedrooms as my room and my office and then there is a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom downstairs that would be yours. Contact me for any questions or pictures!
