Twyckenham Hills less than 5 miles from campus
This is for one bedroom and one bath rental in spacious ranch in Twyckenham Hills, which is a quiet wooded neighborhood south of town. Space is shared with myself and the rest of the house includes private living room, sunroom, dining area, full... kitchen, laundry room and mudroom. There is a small treadmill, yoga mat, large mirror and medium free weights in the mudroom that I have turned into an exercise area. I also have an inground pool, outdoor table and chairs, firepit and gas grill. Major stores and shopping are less than 2 miles away. Campus is less than 5 miles. I work at ND and my normal commute is 15 minutes. I do have 2 friendly cats and all of their food and litter is contained in closets in the mudroom. I have 3 adult sons who live out of town but 1 may come over from time to time and stay in the 3rd bedroom for a weekend or two in the summer. There is a Ring camera on front door and back of the house. Also there is a security camera in the garage. I do rent out the house for ND home football games and I won't rent during Thanksgiving and December so there is no availability from September -January 1st.
