Two Rooms Available Starting August 1 2025

Hi! Two rooms are available in a 3-bed/2-bath house. It's one story, fully furnished, and has a massive basement. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV with sofa seating, and the patio includes a grill. Moreover, the landlord is sprucing up... the place with new hard floors and professional cleaning this summer. The location is excellent, providing some distance from campus yet still conveniently close. It is about a mile and a half away, i.e., 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike. You can also catch the 7 bus to Hesburgh Library. We're on a quiet street, while the post office, restaurants, and shops are all within easy access.

The total monthly rent is $1600, split among three roommates; utilities, internet, and house goods are charged separately. If all roommates agree to a two-year lease instead, the landlord is willing to negotiate the price even lower.

If you're interested, please inquire! I will delete the posting sometime in late May and allow the landlord to find other tenants elsewhere, if needed.
