The Landings at Notre Dame is a University-related complex within walking distance to the core of the campus and in close proximity to the Notre Dame Family Resource Center.
The Landings at Notre Dame offers one, two and three bedroom apartments. The Landings leases by the apartment at an affordable cost for a private living experience and not by the bedroom.
Each apartment features in-unit washer and dryer, open lay-out floor plan, an additional 4’ x 4’ storage closet, University of Notre Dame provided Wi-Fi, Notre Dame Shuttle Service to campus, and a fully equipped kitchen energy rated appliances with dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave and a four burner stove & oven! Landscaping, snow removal, apartment maintenance, Wireless/Wi-Fi internet is included in the monthly rent. Convenient on-site parking is available for all residents at a $250 yearly fee per vehicle.

Notre Dame Shuttle Service

Mail
Each apartment has its own mailbox at a community kiosk. Keys will be issues at the time of move-in.

Pet Policy
The Property is a pet-free community (other than fish in small tanks and service & emotional support animals).
Support and Service animals are permitted with a completed Reasonable Accommodation Request Form on file, verification of such accommodation, and up to date vaccination records.

Pricing & Furniture Rental Option
All Apartment homes are offered unfurnished by the apartment at the prices listed on our website. Furniture rental is available for an additional cost.

Internet
The Landings utilizes the University of Notre Dame Internet services at no additional charge to the resident.

Rent & Utilities Payments
Rent Payments
· Rent & utilities are due on the first day of each month; late charges can apply.
· Regardless of whether it is a holiday or weekend, if you have not paid everything that is due by the 4th day of the month, on the 5th day of the month we will charge you a late fee of $50.00.
· All rents are based off of the type of apartment selected from a one, two or three-bedroom apartment home.
· All apartment homes are rented by the whole apartment to ensure a private living experience.
· The Landings at Notre Dame does not lease by the bedroom.

Utilities
· Residents are responsible for their utility usage and a third party company will bill for all utilities on a monthly basis, to be paid with the rent on the first of the month.
· Rent and utilities must be paid online.
· Landscaping, snow removal, apartment maintenance, Wireless/Wi-Fi Internet (University provided) is included in the monthly rent.

Parking
