The Bend

This listing is to sublet an apartment from "The Bend" for at least the summer (June and July 2025). You have the option to do a full year (June 2025 to May 2026) if you want. For the months of June and July, we would be willing to consider a partial... rent option. The apartment itself is a walking distance to campus, and very close to both a Martins and a CVS. It has plenty of space, comes full furnished, and has ample parking (even during game days). It has hardwood floors except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. It is a two bedroom apartment with two full baths, and an in Unit Washer/Dryer. Utilities are included except for electricity.
