My roommate and I have kept the apartment to a high standard of cleanliness. We are also happy to leave behind any furniture / bedding / shower curtains if that is of help to you!

Irish Flats has a communal gym,... mail room, and maintenance service. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Washer/dryer in-unit.
There is a pet fee if you have a pet, but they are allowed!
Parking is extremely convenient -- we have never had issues finding a spot.
Pricing is negotiable, we are happy to discuss any concerns you might have.
Location: Irish Flats is about a ~15 minute walk from Duncan Student Center. Our unit is located in Building 1, which is the closest to campus. We are also located 0.5 miles to Martin's Supermarket (Starbucks inside), CVS, and Chase bank.
