Room in 2-person house with yard

Seeking roomate for the 2025-2026 school year, also (more pressing) looking for someone to sublet my room during the Summer (June, July, and half of August). For the Summer, potentially two rooms will be available, but for now only one is for sure... (you will be sharing with either my current roomate, or another subletter). I have a cat who will be staying behind, so you would need to be OK with catsitting (in exchange for a discount on the rent).

The house is a 10-15 minute walk from campus, really close to Trader Joes, and the big, beautiful yard connects to a park with a lake. The proximity to the park comes with a lively presence of racoons, groundhogs, possums, frogs, and other critters throughout the year, so if you're a nature lover this will be ideal. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and the rent includes ALL utilities including internet, heating/AC, power, gas, water, trash service, etc. The rent is through a rental company that promptly takes care of any maintenance issues at no additional cost.

The monthly rent that includes renter's insurance required by the rental company comes up to $1,010 a month; while on the high side, this is the most you will pay every month, and for a house so close to campus it has felt like a good deal, which is why I decided to renew the lease. The street is also really quiet and pretty. For the Summer, I would be willing to rent the room out for $750 (open to negotiation) in exchange for catsitting (which won't be a lot of work as my cat is pretty independent).
