Fully Renovated Furnished 2/1 Bungalow

This South Bend bungalow is 3 miles from campus and was just completely renovated right down to the vents, new walls, new paint and floors, kitchen, doors, fixtures and systems! You name it it has been done. It also has a large backyard for fun and... entertaining with a fire pit and it is completely fenced in. It has a separate garage and additional storage can be negotiated. We are open to short term, long-term, and in between. We are open to rescuing a person from the bad roommate situation or a long-term rental for two roommates for next year who didn’t plan ahead, or one semester for someone going abroad, visiting nurses, graduate summer study or research, visiting professor, just check with us and see if your needs and our needs can make a match! You will have a great landlord!

Beautifully furnished and professionally decorated, each room has a king bed with deluxe linens and there is one completely renovated full bath so for long-term there is only one person allowed per bedroom. We are not inclined to remodel and cram four people in bunks all sharing one bath.
This house is located in the Pinhook Park District, it is a quiet neighborhood , and is half a block to the jogging and biking trails along the river, about a mile from the brand new Pickleball tennis court renovations at the Clay county park, and if renting to a young family with a child there is also a kids park aka pinhook park, very close. This is also a couple minutes of a drive to amenities such as a grocery store, fast food, various hotels, etc. of South Bend and Mishawaka shopping is also a few minutes away.

Please note we will consider installing and modifying for a chair student if you visit and think the house would work.
