Come live with an ND grad student and an ND alum in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beautiful, open-concept ranch home with full wall of large picture windows/sliding doors in the living room overlooking Juday Lake. I am looking for two roommates for Summer,... 2024. $750 per room plus utilities (trash, wifi, electricity).

My grad school roommate will join me again the Fall, and we are looking for one roommate to sign on for a 1-year lease. Please inquire if you are quiet, studious, and/or polite. I have a gentle atmosphere here and I intend to keep it that way. I look forward to hearing from you! The lake is accessible during the summer months for swimming, walking, boating, and biking around the lake. You can also fish and we have a grill on the patio.

The living room contains south exposure with an abundance of light. You will have full use of the kitchen, and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. You have access to a two-door garage. Walking distance (one mile east) to Notre Dame in one of the safest and most convenient neighborhoods in South Bend. Available Summer, 2024 and one bedroom out of 3 bedrooms is available for Fall, 2025-Spring, 2026. Thank you!
