Located in tranquil Sunnymede neighborhood with a view across the street of trees and green public space. Rent includes spring to fall lawn maintenance. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, Internet, security system, water/trash, and snow removal. Friendly neighbors and convenient location within walking distance to river walk, bike trails, Farmer's Market, YMCA Riverview, Bamber Superette, John Adams High School, and IUSB. The house is a short drive to University of Notre Dame or Saint Mary's College. Please inquire about pets.
