Hi, I'm a grad student going to Notre Dame and looking for roommates. The house is a 3bd/2ba and there's two bedrooms with a shared bathroom available. Both rooms will be available starting January 1st but that's flexible if you need to move in... earlier or later. Rent is $700/month with utilities included. Each room is fully furnished, but you're welcome to add any furniture you want and move stuff around. There's also a TV in each room that are compatible with a plugin like Roku. There's a small porch and nice sized backyard that is fully fenced. Lots of storage space in the basement. You'll have your own designated cabinet and cupboard space in the kitchen so you can store all your own stuff without it getting mixed up with anyone else's. Pets are allowed with a $20/month per pet fee, with a max 2 pets per tenant. The house is about an 8min drive to campus. 0.3mi to the farmers market and river, about a 10min walk. There's an ADT security system and electric door lock on the front door so you don't have to worry about losing your key. I'm happy to answer any questions you have or send extra pictures.
