This location has... been previously rented to students from Notre Dame, Saint Mary's, retirees, and families due to its proximity while maintaining its neighborhood charm. Also an ideal location for accommodating guests for gamedays and other events with its location, large yard with included gas grill, and ample parking.

I am a Notre Dame alumni with a wife who attended St Marys for her undergraduate and graduate degrees, so we have a deep understanding of what our tenants need and are going through when looking for the right home, including being flexible and responsive to requests.

Dogs under 30 lbs preferred, larger dogs allowed with approval. Lease terms are flexible but 12 month is preferred. Utilities can either be transferred to tenant or paid as a surcharge to rent for convenience and flexibility of payment.
