There are three cats who have free roam of the house (other than in the rented rooms)
Full use of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and basics like seasonings, oil, etc. Full use of internet, patio, washer and dryer, etc. All utilities are included.
Owner lives in the home, is an ND employee. Non Smokers only Female preferred, LGBTQ+ friendly. Not a party house. Your only responsibilities are: Pay rent on the 1st, be kind, and clean up after yourself.
